Well, at least you have the right variety. We have an avacardo tree. It throws avacardos at my car, no kidding. It uses the wind to hurl them in the right direction and the lets 'em go just at the right moment to land on my roof! Its TRUE!!!!

I am so happy you have made such a nice tribute to this beautiful, wonderful thing - avocado. I love avocado so much, and your presentation is so beautiful. Those first four pictures are a special set. I must say, the green cake threw me off a little. Avocado is first course, main course, and dessert.
