Japan Trip – Day 4 of 5 (Extension)
Day 4, trip extension. My trip to Japan was fully sponsored by the company for the first 3 days and a few colleague cum friends of mine extended for another day or two.
Today we travelled on our own instead of following the tour guide. We learned to travel using the most popular and cheap means of transportation, the train.
Thanks to Narita Hotel's helpful front-line staff and all the helpful people in the train station, we managed to achieve we planned without a hassle.
We started off with wandering around Shibuya and then back to Shinjyuku. Shinjyuku? Yes… we were here on the first day but the purpose was different. On the first day, we have to rush through the place visiting a shop or two but today, we walk around taking pictures of people living in Japan, understand the culture, experiencing how is it like to live as a local in Japan. We visited places where the local’s visits, eating the food of what local people consume. It was a wonderful experience.
The more I know about Japan, the more I like Japan. What I miss the most? I have to say all the beautiful and well-mannered people, the culture, the cleanliness, the city and etc.

How often? Well, I go back once a year. But I've been not so long apart from Japan, just for one year. Now I miss Japan, especially Japanese foods :)))
