HUSTISYA unites in one national organization the families of victims of extra-judicial killings and enforced disappearances, the survivors of frustrated killings and the victims of political persecution and other human rights violations under the Arroyo administration.
HUSTISYA demands justice and calls for an end to state terrorism.
"We have decided to form an organization so that we can help each other in our quest for justice, especially since no government institution assists those of us who fear for our lives and have been internally dispalced."
