Below I have the latest stats for the Philippines this year. If there's a posittive spin to this it's the fact that the killings and disappearances have gone down this year. But this is more because of international pressure (including the US withholding military aid temporarily, the UN Spec Report, and next years' regular review for members of the UN Human Rights Council--which this country ironically has a seat in)...
