They are accused of murder, kidnapping, bombing, and other acts of terrorism (one of whom was only 12 when he is claimed to have kidnapped 52 people). Torture was used to obtain their confessions. They have been in adult prison since 2002. One died during the 2005 seige I mentioned earlier. Just on 7 Dec (see an earlier post) one of them was convicted of the Dos Palmas, Palawan kidnappings of 2001 and sentenced to 800 years in maximum security.]
