carve and shred!

so last night my girlfriend, roommate, and i went out to a business park that we found the other night to try out my roommate's new carve board. if you haven't heard about carve boarding, it's really cool. the trucks have springs like shocks and allow you to make super sharp curves and turns (carves) and the rubber tires allow you to get a lot of speed and pump in and out of turns.

but even with the sweltering heat, the riding was a lot of fun, and no one was around to bother us. the only other person we saw was an employee of one of the warehouses we were around, and he took a smoke break to watch us skateboard and carve.
