This lovely Beagle, Bingo, just abandoned by his family this morning.
He's just 10 months old. Never been out for a walk in his life!!! And his owners put an electric collar on him to shock him whenever he barks which leaves a scar on his neck!!!!! What kind of people are these!!!!! We volunteers are all so angry that we yelled at them and cursed them!!!!! But I believe this lovely boy will find a good home soon. He deserves it after such a bad start in his life. |
