A bunch of HKDR volunteers and dogs have a Grand Day Out to Aberdeen Country Park today. Daffodil of course loves to join!
But this is also the day that I have to take her back to kennels after fostering her for 3 months. So it's a very sad day, too. Now Daffy has become a very experienced taxi rider, and as usual she behaves very well. She also dresses up for the outing, see how chic she looks, haha! |
I share the back of a van with Anna and 4 dogs: Letty (left), Scrappy (middle), Petunia (right) and Daffy. These kids are very excited about the outing!

Final scene of the day...
Daffy finds her security blanket at the volunteer room and falls asleep, with Samba's tail keep pampering her. Plan to sneak out so that she won't see me leave, but when I got my bag, she suddenly awakes and looks at me quietly, with a look of understanding. Just like saying, "I know la, you won't take me home tonight, it's ok..." Really breaks my heart, keep thinking about her all night with red eyes and tears :( Miss her very very much |
