Meet my first Project Dog, Crumpet
He is a Poodle Mix, very tiny, very cute, just 1 yr old
He knows nothing, not even a sit
Within 10 days, I have to train him to:
Sit, Down, Stand on verbal cue
Go to crate and auto down with door closed and stay for 15 secs
Recall on cue across room
Walk around sit and down stays in 2 directions
Heeling L with sit at beginning and end
......
Dog Mission Impossible!!!
But we make it finally!
Well, kind of...
Crumpet did a perfect job in "Go to Crate" (a Perfect 10), awesome in Sit-Stay and Down-Stay, excellent in "Recall" and pretty good in "Heeling".
But as expected, he mixed up the "Sit", "Down" and "Stand", I got 2 zeros for that.
It's not his fault, it's always the trainer's fault.
I'm a bad trainer.
Anyway, I still love him.
And we got 90.5 out of 100.
To me, it's very good la~
And 2 days after the test, Crumpet got adopted! Yeah!
