I have a rainy monday post too ... I like this too.. too cool that you are a teacher (I miss teaching (special needs and typical mixed)...I read your profile.. and by the way you are really pretty too .. I 've been to yout city ..I remember a museum there and also a mine we went to ..

Seems like there are exciting times ahead for your daughter! It could have been even more embarrassing for her if you had of made her stand in front of the school while you took the shot so she should consider herself lucky..lol

I remember when the kids were embarrassed of me! I used to tell them if they didn't keep their grades up I would walk the halls of their school in my bellbottoms, beads, and other gear from the 70s! They would shiver thinking of it but I never had to do it!

I like the shot...but I know what you mean when it doesn't appear as you saw it in the moment - can be disappointing. Looks like a great school - lots of windows to distract the kids :)

oh isn't that always the case? i get so frustrated when i can't make the camera actually BE my eye you know? anyway, i bet nick can sympathize with amber, everytime we leave the house, i'm snapping pictures and asking him to 'wait up' or 'hold on', he hates looking like such a tourist all the time ~_^
