Spring snow is the best.....that is my favorite time to go snow boarding. the weather is warm but you still manage to enjoy the benefits of snow without freezing to death......#3 and 4 look like the tiny styrophome balls you put into bean bags.... Is that mini courtyard just for teachers?. .. a little retreat perhaps?

The same thing that surprised us Easter morning must have moved east to surprise you guys! Oh, and we freak out in the midwest too! We will probably get a few more such surprises.

I am used to a lot of snow, however, this winter and spring I am living in the Philadelphia area. They have only had two snow falls since I have been here, unless more fell when I was visiting NY. Anyway, I am surprised by how easy I adjusted to this type of living, when I go to NY, I have to wear a winter coat... strange. I love a fresh snowfall though.

HAHA!! So funny how they all freaked out. I used to live in Raleigh NC and people would flip if there was any snow on the ground. You couldn't leave your house! And now look at me...surrounded by over 140 inches this year. My how the tables have turned. Great shots! Love the first one.

You would have thought that Santa had landed in the street the way my students jumped up out of our morning meeting to crane their necks out the window!! They were all in awe...it was coming down pretty hard, even if it was brief! :) Way to be trooper and get out there to capture the moment. You did good!!!

Snow in the South, wow! We had some over the weekend on the west coast but it didn't stay long, melted just as fast as it hit the ground. Strange weather for this time of the year everywhere.
