Today was my monthly salon visit, and it was relaxing, as always.

For the past few years, I have kept my hair short. I love the bob haircut because it is easy to manage, and it is a timeless style.

My hair is such a sensitive issue for me, as it has been thinning for the past five years. I am taking some measures to deal with this that I will share in upcoming posts.

totally cute shots and hairstyle. my hair is the kind of hair that should REALLY be kept short but i get it in my head that if i grow it just a weeeee bit longer something magical will happen and i'll have wonderful hair. it will never happen lol. my hair is incredibly thin, like wispy toddler hair :( my mother being a hairdresser of course has tried everything to please me but i think it just all needs to go lol. at least your's looks fabulous! Your hair looks very swishy. :) I like bobs for the same reason. I understand how you feel. When I'm under extreme stress, I lose my hair. Usually it's a spot about the size of a quarter or so and luckily it's always been in a spot no one can see and also I'm lucky that it's always grown back. I always worry though because the area is as smooth as a baby's bottom so it doesn't seem like the hair will grow back. That and I always worry the wind will kick up and blow my hair and show the bald spot. I know it's vain to worry, but it's your hair! It's always out there. Good luck! vollenda · 2008-04-21: 01:32
