There is always an American or Tennessee flag displayed from his front porch.

Today, my father-in-law, Jerry, celebrated his birthday. He is a down-to-earth passionate man who loves his family fervently. He's the type of person who you meet once and have a friend for life. I know I could call him any time of day with any concern or problem, and he would be there for me in a heartbeat.
Idle time is not a part of his repertoire. He is always finding something creative to do or build. He takes pride in his yard and is always working on something to add that special touch.
He is an all-around great man, and I love and respect him as my own father.
