Chicken Kabob Recipe

I boiled the chicken for 10-15 minutes. After a test kabob turned out bland, I exchanged melted butter for sour cream, and added garlic salt and black pepper to the crushed chips.

I slipped the chicken on skewers, wrapped in foil, and placed on the grill.

I served it with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes.

Potato Chip Chicken Kabobs


INGREDIENTS

4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. sour cream or
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. potato chips, crushed
4 skewers

Cut each breast into 5 pieces. Dip each piece in sour cream or butter, roll in crushed chips and place skewers. Wrap each stick in aluminum foil and place on grill for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
