Help in the chocolate factory / Florentin

Worked pretty well in the garden so today, help in the factory, Edith prepared the florentin mass and I helped to make it flat and ready for the oven.

In New Zealand they are not tricky, the florentin can be squares, 7 trays of florentin.....
