Another magical day that included a view of the Volcano Arenal and La Fortuna Waterfall.The waterfall drops about 70-75 meters and is located at the base of the dormant Chato volcano, about 5.5 km outside of the town of La Fortuna, near the Arenal Volcano. Arenal Volcano is one of the ten most active volcanoes in the world. You can see the lava at night. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay that late but it was still a great place to visit.
