Minnie Mouse

I had a defining moment as a parent yesterday when my Son and I went to Disneyland.

We have been to Disneyland numerous times, but this was his first time meeting Minnie Mouse.

We were dining at the character breakfast called "Minnie and Friends."

Minnie came up to our table sat down next to my son, his eyes filled with water, tears of joy.

A tear never fell, but I could see how happy and excited he was at that moment.

It was so sweet and tender, I will never forget it.

My greatest joy in life was giving birth to my wonderful 3 1/2 year old son Evan, who enriches every day of my life with love, gentleness and compassion.

(This photo was taken with the last drop of juice I had in my camera, I forgot the extra battery in the car.)

Moments like this one are absolutely priceless. This is a kind of picture you look at again and again over the years and every time you look at it you remember that wonderful feeling.

Man, I just love this moment and this shot!! It is just as it should be - the moment and the shot is just PERFECT!! Love it!! Batteries - how many times have I heard this before?? In a ladies purse that is a photobogger, beside their makeup and lipstick, the new generation must carry BATTERIES!! - LeapFullyCharged!!
