My Grandma is an alcoholic

My wonderful Son and I were enjoying a beautiful day by the beach. I took so many pictures including the one posted here today.

As were were getting ready to leave, I received a phone call on my cell phone. It was a the bartender at a local bar explaining to me that my Mother was unresponsive and past out drunk.

She had told me that she was going to an antique fair.

It is not easy to talk about something so personal and painful. I deal with my Mothers addiction on a daily basis.

A combination of additions spread out across 25 years of my life.
