my sneaker and sock (after exercising about 7 a.m.)... this isn't really relevant but i did this step video i got from netflix... total 80's flash back. complete with the leotards and big hair. the guy would scream "arriba" about every 10 minutes. worked up a sweat though so it did something.

after 5... more like 6 I think. ...T and I went out for Himalayan (YUM!) and afterwards the cat felt neglected so she got a brushing (yes, she likes it. She loves it actually).

something new (for me anyway)... my goal was to take a photo at least once an hour over the course of the day... i did pretty well considering that i've tried before and made it about 2 hours before i forgot completely. go me.

pics #1 &3 almost have an oil painting appearance. I am sure there is a better term for the effect, but I do not know what it is. Good work.
