Every morning from Sunday to Friday, I workout for at least an hour. I can't say I love it. I wish I could because it would make getting up and exercising so much easier but I know I need to and I usually enjoy myself once I get going but I'm always thrilled to be done.
My walks in the afternoon are for me, strangely enough. I like to get outside and smell the fresh air even for five minutes. A good day depends on me getting some time outside.
