The Making of ginger candy

One of the interesting snacks I found on the trip to Hibiscus Town and Phoenix Town is Ginger Candy. It's probably made of ginger and some sugarcane juice? It can either be made in the open or inside a lab. You could either eat it raw or buy your own packet. You could either eat the mild one or the spicy one....and trust me...it is spicy! Shelf-life is 3 months if refrigerated properly...
