Sleepless in Memphis

This photo was taken at 3:45 am, at the beginning of my night walk... Still waking up in the middle of the night, a little earlier every day, in fact... any advice on overcoming jet lag?

make yourself really tired by staying awake till you reach the proper time for sleeping in the country you are in and try and get up at your usual time. I would have thought it was when you come back to Europe that it would be more difficult . happy "snapping" LOL lack of sleep causes that too!!! Great photo

Jetleg is szornyu! nagyon nehez ugy ha hajlamos vagy ra. van akinek semmi problemaja, en azokat mindig nagyon irigyeltem : )
