The weather was perfect for a BBQ in Hobart, Tasmania, to celebrate the engagement of Matt and I. Everything was kept very informal, which was a sharp contrast to our Melbourne party.
The food was great, views were spectacular, and the celebrations lasted well over twelve hours! In between the eating, mingling and celebrating, I managed to get a few photographs. However, these don't do the day justice, and many photos were taken on other people's cameras.
The day was also memorable because the families of Matt and I met for the first time (four years in the making). Nervous for all parties concerned!
Congratulations!!! Love photo #6, such an Aussie party. It's a bit of a dilemma at parties, you never know if you should just relax and enjoy the experience, or rush around madly taking photos trying to remember the day!
