I spent the afternoon of my day off work at Mum's, chatting away the time and looking at changes in her garden. Mum's kitchen window sill has always been filled with interesting plants and cuttings, this year being no exception. Outside, pots of bulbs and new butting take pride of place, with a terracotta birdbath for thirsty wildlife.
