Okay, not so much of a secret garden, but more of one teeming with memories and stories behind whispered folliage, new season's shoots and cascading cacti and ferns.
These are part of my Mum's garden, and I had forgotten how much I missed having a backyard until now.
It's shot number 4 that works for me. magical, and I can't quite say why. It's a unique twist on a garden shot, too. And the story that goes with it is sweet.
