She loved birds as much as I do.

Nana tried so desperately hard in those final months to finish knitting this blanket square (she knitted blankets and donated them to charity)

A keen volunteer, Nana was recognised by the Anti-Cancer Council of Australia after 25 solid years of volunteer work in 2000.

Today marked the funeral of Nana, my Mum's mother. It was a beautiful service and there were so many brave faces there to celebrate a wonderful person's life.

Sometimes having all those people there makes it harder and better at the same time, doesn't it? The photographs are beautiful. (*hugs* to you)
