That is so disgusting... I don't know about in Australia, but in the states we have the Better Business Bureau, and you can make complaints about local and national businesses. That way you could spread the word about this buggy problem. At least you were recompensed, if only for ten dollars.

very interesting! that is disturbing. at least they sent you a check for it! we found a lot of dead ants in a cereal box about 10 years ago and all we got was "you can't prove that it happened on our end, so sorry".

live moths? i don't know what which is creepiers, dead or alive. either way, ten bucks would not make me feel any better. I'd spend it on a new cereal brand! You know what...now that I think about it, my brother had a Nestle chocolate bar as a kid with a maggot in it... Ew. lol btw, great photos!
