Chickpeas & Wooden Wonderlands

2008.03.13
(A beautiful Kindergarten I relieved at this morning - magnificent playground, sadly not pictured)

(Dinner option)

Today I did emergency teaching at a gorgeous semi-rural Kindergarten, with a four-year old group consisting of thirty children! (biggest group I've taught to date). Chaotic, but plenty of space for them to run around in. It was a tiring morning :P

More on the food blogs, been experimenting with different kinds of dishes, tonight's was a tuna and chickpea salad (lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper dressing). Perfectly light for a hot Melbourne day.

AriesTyger Wow. That's a really nice room. I really admire you for being able to handle 30 4-year olds. I think I would have run screaming. LOL! And that salad sounds yummy! :)

BreezyOnTheEyes that kinder room really does look beautiful, what an excellent place to learn and play with all that light pouring in! the salad also looks devine, although i can't have tuna! i'd have to try it with chicken instead ~_^
