[It's Easter next week, so I decide to bake treats. Also the first time I've had the opportunity to use the recipe stand Matt's Mum bought me - isn't it cute?]

[The butter barely needs softening, seeing as though it's almost 40C inside, at 9pm - that's 104F for those of you in on the other side of the world ;P]

[After mixing, add the mixture to pre-greased silicon moulds]

[Cook, allow to cool, and decorate with melted dark chocolate and M&M crispy eggs *drools repeatedly*]

First of all, I am amazed at the temperature. Was that IN the OVEN or IN your apartment? WOW. Secondly, I want a recipe holder like that! It looks like it would make life so much easier while baking. Third, I think it's just mean to take pictures of those yummy looking cupcakes when you KNOW I wont be able to eat one!! :)
