I heard a lot about eurovision but here in slovakia it is not broadcasted....I dont understand why becouse we are in EU...strange ....and I like your TV :)

samuel, perhaps Slovakia isnt in the competition at all, thus broadcasting isnt required. Hungary always has semi-finals to decide who will go that year, and even if they dont get into the finals, it is broadcasted here.

Psychedlic picture; love it! And it's always been a joke event here in the UK, helped enormously by the long term presenter's wonderfully sarcastic (though gently Irish) comments. In fact many people here believe without Terry Wogan's hilarious remarks it would have disappeared from UK TV a long time ago. Sadly, it's become a kind of block voting thing, and as he said, it doesn't seem to be about music at all any more, which is a blow for the continuing gaiety of nations.
