Beetroot splodges.... are what I had from one end of my kitchen to the other on Wednesday evening, as I tried out a new beetroot soup recipe. Sure, they were a pain to clean afterward but the results were well worth it!

P.S. - I also later discovered that excessive beetroot makes your wee turn pink! :O
