I was a bit naughty this morning, ignoring a call from the agency in favour of sleeping in. After last week's stresses, I deserved at least one day off! Instead, I spend the day grocery shopping and catching up on friends' blogs (here and elsewhere).

Today's photo is of my Mum's recipe for coconut slice, which I baked for Tuesday night's Committee meeting at work. It didn't last very long, everyone gobbled it up! (thanks Mum)
