Tulips in Bud

As I mentioned in yesterday's post, my garden is coming to life at the moment... and I managed to spy my pot of tulips beginning to bud! Every day since I planted the mini-courtyard garden in May I have looked out of the kitchen window to check for growth... and sure enough, here they are! I wonder what colours they will be? (sadly, not turquoise ;P)
Matt left this morning for Sydney (he'll be gone for two weeks) at the ungoldy hour of 5:30am, so I'll have the house to myself until then. I'm looking forward to the opportunity of having time to myself, but the downside to that can be the silence being alone can bring. There's a lot to organise (wedding details) in the meantime, here's hoping I can get it all done in time...
There's definitely the pros and cons to having the place to yourself... but at least maybe you will be able to get a lot done! :)
Looking forward to some shots of the tulip once they are in bloom!
