The homemade sourdough culture I've been working on (flour/water mix), four days into the experiment. When it's foaming and has doubled in size over a 24hr period it'll be nearly ready for baking with.

I admire that you're attempting to make your own sourdough culture - nice one ;) Can indeed be a stinky process hehe. And that is one puuurdy wallet! Great detail and colour :) Looks like you've been having a lovely break. Enjoy it!
