Where did you go to find the old V-line train? :)
these were shot in Ballarat..there was also another really really old train whivh dated back to 1920 but I didnt get the greatest shots of it :( I'l be heading back in a couple of weeks for my sister-in-laws basketball tournament so I think i'll be doing a little more fence jumping ;)Well done on these pictures, there's a 'gloomy' quality to them (which suits the theme of what you were going for, I reckon)! And yes...definitely what i was going for..hehe Hope your enjoying the hols!! |

I bet that your garden has the most beautiful fragrances! :)
Thanks for your visit and comment.Yes, I do have some beautiful fragrances; however, the barn cats and racoons and deer and wo knows what all else kind of stick it up too! - that's not so beautiful ;-) Ah, country life! |

Reply ⇔ Summer Reading
Good luck with (the whole family's!) summer reading. Books were a special part of my childhood, and still are. :)
Books were important to Jason and I growing up, too. I started collecting books for my girls before they were born. We turned the playroom closet into a mini-library for them.

Reply ⇔ There and back again - my town
I enjoyed looking at this series of yours - our towns are so very different! (not a monument in sight in my suburbia). I wonder what the 'world tree' will look like when completed?
well actually this is only a town with population 30.000, I guess yours is bigger:) The worldtree (I later searched for it, its lifetree) is complete, there were those piles of mud because we had a festival-of sort on Saturday and the stage was before the tree. So, it is complete, it looks strange IMHO, it always did, but I wanted to show it:D Lifetree is part of the old Hungarian shamanistic culture, its a symbol.

Hooray for gorgeous (and cheap!) shoes. Definitely a good find! :)
it reads "Famiglia" in my grandma's hand writing.
P.S. - What does your tattoo across your foot/ankle read? |
