What I Did on My Summer Vacation, Part 2

2009.07.02
Don't I look cute?

Mommy actually didn't think so, because she was trying to feed me. I found other things more interesting, though, and used my super wiggle powers (which I've been practicing a lot) in order to turn myself completely around in my highchair.

Mommy says Grandpa wasn't exactly helping things. I have no idea what she means.

Grandma was a more positive influence. She helped distract me to eat, instead of distracting me away from eating.

Grandpa decided to teach me lots of things. We worked on walking ... (You can see Grandma appreciating my Lazy Susan reorganization in the background.)

... And talking on the phone.

In return, I tried to teach Grandpa about percussion. He was kind of confused.

Silly Grandpa. I liked to bite, I mean kiss, his nose.

As for me and Grandma, we did some reading.

And then we cuddled some more.

When Grandpa wanted to get me to sit still, he put me in a box.

I found it fascinating.

And fun.

At the end of each day, I was quite tuckered out.

Grandma, Grandpa, and I thought it would be fun to tease Mommy about all of the pictures she was taking.

(She actually kind of likes this one.)

But in the end we were glad she did, because we have sweet pictures like this one to remember our fun time together.
