Desaturated and added a bit o' contrast. Considering the subject and size, I think I like this one best. The original looked kind of interesting at full screen though.

it think this is interesting, do not think the first shot is bad. Perhaps the whitebalance could be better but in the second picture the spot of light is to bright now. Like the subject btw...
