This guy was walking down the side of 1826 with his chest all puffed out and giving the hook 'em horns sign. I managed to catch him the one moment when his arm dropped. He didn't look like a UT student, more like a half drunk redneck.
There's something about this stretch of road, two days ago someone was walking in the same area carrying a large American flag and waving at all the cars.
