Sooner or later spring will be over and all the flowers in Texas (except for maybe those roses, which seem to dig the heat) will be burnt to a crisp. And there will go my easy, late day walk into the yard to get a low effort P365 photo. Not that I really like flowers all that much.
OK, no flowers for at least a week. (Well, there is a water lilly blooming in our pond. Water plants don't count.)
