Great title

Trasformation! I like that word

I started reading "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle!

This is something really new for me because I normally only read murder mystery! But I wanted to try something new.

My mom and I are actually reading it at the same time.

I'm done with Chapter 1 and it's very interesting but a little harder to read than what I expected. You have to actually "think" and since I'm such a scatter brain this can me hard for me at times. :) But I guess that's the purpose of the book!

For all that have read it before, any thoughts

Queen911 You are NOT a scatter brain. Transformation is a great word for 2008. Nice shot of your pages.

DancingDolphin I also used to be a mystery reader... and in the last 10 years have turned into a non fiction reader. Starting with Eckhart Tolle in my opinion is diving in head first! He's tough! If you get discouraged put it aside and start with something easier to understand. Depending on what you're looking for, maybe Living Your Best Life by Laura Fortgang or The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

picturemom great set! your not scatterbrained, you have a lot of things on your mind, kids, hubby, family, faith job, that's why it's hard to concentrate on something that matters keep going for it. Transformation is a fantastic word.

aknor Really great shots...I like how you did this. Transformation is a great word...and you sound like you are on to something here. What a good idea to read it with your Mom - you can bounce it off of each other. Good luck and let us know how it goes :)

focussed Great DOF in 2. Good luck with the reading. By the sounds of it your going to need it!..hehe. Don't go transforming too intellectual on us :P

oldbabe Never read any books like this. You are right...you have to think too much. Books like that are only for school days! Books for reading at home are for escape and adventure.

I believe my life's purpose (in a sentence) is to live and experience living.

Transformation? Maybe you don't need to transform but just "fine tune". I'm always fine tuning.

msrolltide Great shots. You really have a way of capturing great images. Did not know that you had the talent that you've been displaying. Guess that's part of your tranformation. If you read that book, I know you've been transformed! As I recall, your creative energy doesn't allow you to sit much. Guess that is why you capture images so well.
