Basir Seerat s/o Chamansha born in 1984 in Malistan district, of Ghazni province. I studied the 9th class of school in Malistan and graduated from Fieziya high school in Jaghori, in 1998 i became refugee .
Since 2001 i joined the Kabul University, fine arts faculty,
2005 i graduated from fine arts faculty, department of theater and Cinema.
2005 i was kidnapped by the Taliban in Norristan province, when i was making a documentary film about Nooristan's women, than i escaped from Taliban's Jell after 10th days, and arrived in Kabul.
I have Art collections. also i have worked with many filmmaker's espacialy with Samira Makhmal Baf a iranian famouse director ..
