like most of the animals at the zoo, the alligators were difficult to get a clear shot of. this was the only shot i managed to get without cagewire, posts or landscaping in the way.

up at the topmost corner of the inner enclosure i found this silverback. it was impossible to get a decent shot of him, only his head was visible, and there was a sheet of perspex between us - hence the light squiggles on this pic.
