OK I'm thinking datura, right? Absolutely beautiful! I love these! I have white ones, double purple, white with purple centers & I think a double yellow like this one. And most of them are fragrant. Great shots!!

Around here we call them the trumpt flower. My grandmother had single white ones when I was a kid.

Cliff, I have my white one posted on my January 9th post. Sounds like just like grandmas! Awesome flowers. It's a trip to watch them open up as the day ends. Hope we get to see your garden tour shots some day. When is that anyway?
