I also go really often to visit my former teachers! I am always in good terms with them... I think they do an amazing job, and that besides the parents, they also teach us many useful things which you will keep with you your whole life! :))) Great post! I love the way your former student is concentrated!

I love the poem. So very true. There so much to learn from a teacher. I also love the movement of the conductor's 'baton' on pictures #1, 3 & 5. You are right to be proud of him, and I hope he is very proud of himself too.
