Secret Snowflake

2008.12.18
My Secret Snowflake (secret santa in a secular office) LABELED everything in my office! EVERYTHING!! It's hilarious. I can't stop giggling. So much for taking anything seriously today (and I have a lot of work to do!). Usually, the idea is your Secret Snowflake gives you two small gifts during the week w/o divulging his/her identity, then gives one bigger gift when we all get together at the end of the week. My Secret Snowflake (and I'm almost certain I know who it is ... ) went in a slightly different direction

Please note, the row of notebooks on the 2nd shelf were already labeled a few months ago - it's the course evaluation reports labeled by semester, and that's why I already had a bunch of label tags (yes, they 'borrowed' my own tags to label everything in my office)

Each individual tea bag and oatmeal packet (on the shelf) are individually labeled. I had oatmeal #3 and #4 for breakfast this morning. My stapler and tape dispenser were taken out of my drawer to be labeled. Each drawer, postcard, magnet, poster, chair and pen is labeled. My John Singer Sargent art block thingy is labeled 'new toy' because that's what I've been referring to it as.

My plant is labeled. My monitor, mouse, mousepad, phone, door, post-its - labeled. Several items of paperwork are labeled 'work'. BTW, in this shot, please note that 'Smoking is Prohibited in this Area' directly above my monitor, outside by the bikerack - students LOVE smoking right in front of this sign. I love my job.
