Maureen and her roommate Sarah hosted Aaron and I, as well as her sister Val who is staying with her, for a Victory Dinner to celebrate our first Sunday at the SoWa Open Market. She had an amazing platter of cheeses, an incredibly delicious salad and she served us an amazingly delicious dinner ... I can't imagine how she managed to find the time or energy for this
