Family @ Museums

I took the day off to take my aunt to the Gardner Museum (she was in town for a conference). Mom met up with us, and we headed over to the Museum of Fine Arts because my aunt hadn't been there before either. We had been there for maybe 15 minutes when we ran into one of only 3 people we're related to within several hundred miles from here. It was a pretty amazing coincidence. So we plopped on a bench in a beautiful gallery and caught up for not nearly enough time before we had to part ways.

The steps at the Pru are decked out to celebrate the Boston Pops' 125th Anniversary - it looked great! We beat the heat and killed some time by wandering through the Pru and Copley Plaza on our way to dinner.
