After a 2 1/2 hour drive to visit my mom, she makes one of my favorite comfort foods (Chinese Steamed Cake - it is plain and simple, but so good with a cup of tea). Auntie C comes over with a surprise for me - homemade Mochi Cake - buttery and delicious! My long drive was surely rewarded with these double treats!
