I was planning to shoot a full moon over the rich autumn carpet of my home's Rocky River Valley but the moon didn't cooperate and by the time it was full most of the leaves were history, busy recycling their parts for the coming generations. So I just decided to go with the ghostly remnants of that proud foliage in the full moon on a Sunday evening. Halloween, Day of the Dead and the spirits of the season all seemed to coalesce.
