Hilly region of Eastern Nepal so cool , n green . and here we can see differ test of home made alchohol. which preapre from millet . put at water n after few days refine millet , than got liquid , called -'Chhyang' . this is popular home made drink hilly communities. who can't afford expensive brand of wine- enjoy with this. they said this is necessary for energy, which need to trip in hill. पहाडको यात्रामा भेटिएकाहरुले खानै पर्ने भनेर कर गरेको कुरोको स्वाद मलाइ उतिसारो राम्रो लागेन । त्यो कुरा थियो-छयाङ । अमिलो अमिलो , कुहिएको जस्तो , कस्तो कस्तो । साता दिन भिजाएर राखेको कोदो छानेर निस्कने बाक्लो झोललाइ यस्तो स्वादिलो मानेको देख्दा नौलो लाग्यो । यो कुरा मैले तराइमा नदेखेको होइन । तर , याङशिलाको यात्रामा जुन घरमा वास बस्यो, जुन घरमा बाटो सोध्न पस्यो अनि जहा केहीबेर थकाइ मारौ भन्यो , साथी आएकाहरु खान तयार ।
बडो समस्या भयो कतै कतै । अलि बढि दिन भिजाएर निकालेको त निकै अमिलो हुने रहेछ । गाउलेको भनाइ उनीहरुको शक्तिवर्द्धक टनिक नै यही हो रे । क्षेत्री-बाहुनको घर पुगे मोही , अनि अरु कहा गए छयाङ । यसले अल्कोहलको काम गर्ने रहेछ ।
